Legal expenses insurance
If you have legal expenses insurance, the insurance company will bear the costs of our legal assistance. It was decided by the European Court of Justice (C-667/18) that the insurer may not refuse to reimburse these costs, as this would violate the right to free choice of lawyer. We will assist you in contacting the insurer.
Pricing
If you do not have legal aid insurance and do not qualify for subsidized legal aid, Joey Advocatuur can assist you on a paid basis. Fixed prices can be found below.
The legal expenses you have incurred are included as litigation costs in the damages claimed. This applies to settlement negotiations but especially to proceedings where the other party is ruled against, after which the court can impose a litigation cost order on that party, recovering your attorney fees from the other party.
